One customer chatting with the AI, counted once per 24 hours. Ten messages from the same customer in a day is one conversation. Your own campaigns and manual replies don't count.
What if I go over my plan?
The AI keeps answering for another 20%, we alert you at 80% and 100%, and only then does it pause for new customers. A +500 conversation pack is $10.
Will it say something wrong?
It answers only from your catalog and instructions, and a price guard holds back any reply that quotes a price different from your catalog and alerts you instead. You can read every conversation.
Do I pay WhatsApp separately?
WhatsApp's own fees go through your Meta account. Replies to customers who message you are free; Meta charges for business-initiated template messages such as campaigns.
